Full-priced items are exchangeable and refundable within 7 days after item is received by customer.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that we used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items can only be exchanged maximum of 2 times.
All shipping fee will be borne by customer.
Exchanges is only valid for ready stock items. If the item is not available, you may exchange it into other products or have it refunded.
We do not provide exchanges or refunds for discounted items, please check the sizing chart before you make a purchase.
REFUND
For full-priced items, we provide cash refunds at the selling price of returned items.
Refunds will not include shipping costs.
